Bloggers Living Outside the Americas and Japan, Please Hold Out Your Hands!

 Because you’re gonna get a slap on the hand by Google AdSense, the high and mighty.

If you haven’t heard already,

The thing is, AdSense is introducing some changes in its referral program(therefore it pays to subscribe to the AdSense blog). Well, bad news short and bitter, you won’t be able to earn commissions for referring people to AdSense anymore. Exactly. Big Shock, right? I know what it feels like! You’ll still be able to refer people, but you won’t get the money. This womps bad!

Mind you, the above was for only those people who live outside the Americas and the country with the white flag which has a big red circle on it.

Secondly,

this one is for those who are eligible for the AdSense referrals even after this new check, the pricing system is changing.

AdSense, about a year back, had introduced this new, experimental system of commissions. This system went like this:

The current pay system (that is about to change) works like this:

• If one referral makes $5 within 180 days you get a payment of $5.
• If one referral makes $100 within 180 days you get $250.
• Here’s the best part: If you refer 25 people who make $100 within a 180 day period you get a bonus payment of $2000. 2000 DOLLARS.

The above listed system is about to change to the original, and retarded I would say, system, which is simply that if you refer someone to AdSense who makes $100 dollars in 180 days(that’s about half a year), you get 100$. No $2000 bonus, no $5, no nothing. You’re stuck with it.

The Effects

Well, this is going to hit some very professional and established bloggers hard. Many probloggers will suffer too, and so will many make money online blogs, especially those outside the Americas and Japan, since AdSense referrals are one of the primary sources of income for many such bloggers, including me… [crying ].

An Important Word

These changes are not going to be implemented till late January, so if you really want to avenge this, consider removing all your referral links to AdSense on all your blogs. Muwhahahaaah!!!
