I could also say the problem your friend had was one of patience. Nobody expects a blogger to know it all. But it is fair to expect a blogger to learn as he goes. Your friend might have a hobby that he could make into a full-blown career. But he would have to study it, improve his knowledge and skill base, and generally be something of an expert. Great post!
