Find Blogger/Design/Development Jobs At These 7 Job Boards
Bloggers and web developers do all kinds of jobs nowadays, including copywriting, blog designing, and stuff like that. But, it’s often not easy to find a job: all the good ones are already taken, or the ones left are not appealing.
Here are 7 places you can look for, for a job (in no particular order):
1: The ProBlogger Job Board
At the Holy Grail of blogging advice: advertisers are willing to die to advertise open places at the ProBlogger Job Board. There are several different categories of jobs (5, as of now: Blog Networks, Co-blogging, Corporate, Miscellaneous and Podcasting) , so it appeals to all kinds of bloggers. And, each job category has an RSS feed too, so you can remain updated on new jobs as they come.
As of now, there are around 20 different jobs active, and up for grabs. Watcha waiting for?
2: BloggerJobs.biz
A whole blog dedicated to jobs for bloggers, BloggerJobs.biz has a massive index of jobs and many categories(16, as of now). There are jobs for bloggers from all areas, from designing to copywriting to podcasting.
BloggerJobs.biz also allows you to display your resume online, which increases your chances of getting some great work.
3: Performancing Blogger Jobs Forum
Performancing has one whole forum dedicated to advertising jobs for bloggers. It’s a friendly and community oriented forum, and there are many different categories for jobs. There are job offers for writing PHP tutorials for money to gaming bloggers to sports bloggers. It’s all there!
4: BloggingTips Job Board
BloggingTips has a recently inaugurated job board for bloggers. But as of now, there’s only 1 post there, so you might want to wait a while before you head over there. Anyways, it’s one place you should keep an eye on, and you can do that by subscribing to the specific RSS feed of the forum.
5: Smashing Magazine Job Board
Smashing Magazine has it’s own Smashing Jobs place too. It is concentrated on website/blog and interface design, though.
There are loads of open offers there right now, so move it!
6: DigitalPoint Forums
The Holy Grail of web-development and design forums, the Digital Point forums have a massive section for copywriting, design and other jobs.
To help you out, there are other sections too, such as payment processor reviews, and legal issues, to begin with.
7: SitePoint Marketplace
Another well respected forum, the SitePoint marketplace has a dedicated For Hire forum. There are listings from many different categories, and therefore, it shouldn’t be hard for you to land a job you like!
