Firefox addons
1: Digg This!
Digg This! is a simple addon which adds a Digg This! button to the right-click menu, Tools menu, and also(optional) the toolbar.
If you’re out for some quick and dirty sumitting, this addon is a must!
2: Digg Firefox Extension
Digg Firefox Extension is a an uber cool addon which integrates into Firefox’s main toolbar and displays information about the current page, like the current number of Diggs, the number of comments on the story, the last 10 comments, the last 10 diggers, and so on. Cool!
3: Digg Toolbar
Digg Toolbar is like a virtual Digg in itself. While using this toolbar, you can do all the things you can do on the Digg site. It gives alerts when stories go popular, friends Digg or submit or comment on your stories and more! It also tells you the current number of Diggs on a particular page, and if it has not been submitted yet, it shows a Submit button
4: Smart Digg Button
The Smart Digg Button is a nifty and simple extension for Firefox, and displays the number of Diggs the current page has, and if not, a Submit button.
Compatibility: Firefox version 1.5 - 2.0.0.*
Unfortunately, it is not yet available for Firefox 3.

Diggitzer is an online service that looks at the titles of millions of popular Digg submissions, and combines them with given keywords to create laser targeted titles for your Digg submissions!
How cool is that!
Software

Wow, Digg is so popular that it’s worth developing an extension to it. Great collection of tools, most of them I haven’t heard of before.
