Where Do You See Yourself and Your Blog In The Next Five Months?

To succeed in any profession, you must set goals, that you can work through to, and feel happy and confident upon accomplishing them. If you’ve ever given an interview in your life, you might remember this question:
Take a pen and paper, and write down exactly where you hope to see yourself and your blog in the next five months. Be sure to write down the goals too. Maybe you aim for 500 more RSS subscribers? Or an increase in traffic? Anything that comes to mind…
What this question will do is (hopefully) make you realize what actually your goals are, and also give you a definite path to follow, to reach those goals. It’s like getting a map. You’ll not be groping around in the dark.
Once you write down all your goals and aims, stick this piece of paper somewhere you can always see (and read too!) it; for example, next to the computer. Reading this list daily will allow you to refocus yourself, and maintain that focus, giving you the confidence and helping you to achieve those goals.
This question not only concerns your blog, but you as a blogger too. What are your aims for yourself? Do you want to become a better writer? Or a better photographer (if your blog is about photography)? And so on. So, this question serves a dual purpose. Good, isn’t it?
Note: Five months seems to be a short time, so you might call this a short term goal. You can rephrase this question too, to make it a long term goal

Ok lemme pen down my goals now..
I see the blog to have 2-3lakh pageviews… along with 500-1000 subsribers…
Definitely, I expect more traffic and rss subscribers. I also want to do more guest posting and I’m curious how it will influence the results.
I expect myself to write better. Also I am waiting for some help from anyone so that I can earn something from my blog. That will help me to move to a pro hosting. So a way to earn $$5-6/month. Not much.
